Since its conception in 2006 AFAINT has worked with various artists and non-profit organizations such as the YWCA and Dierdra Love, artist and leader of TWP (Teens With A Purpose). It is through partnership, unity and community we have been able to be a beacon of awareness and create change all over the world. It is easy to become involved with AFAINT as a volunteer, performer, artist, or as an organization in need of entertainment at a benefit or sponsoring the benefit for them. AFAINT has incorporated many forms of art into the advocacy approach to solving world dilemmas such as world hunger and HIV/AIDS. If you would like to become an artist within the organization or just submit your work for sale to help further an AFAINT cause read below.
Painters- If you are a painter who wants to display their artwork you must fill out the application and send a picture of your artwork to Brandon Plain at theadvocate@afaint.org. If you wish you display and sale your artwork at the benefit you must do the same as mentioned above. For all artwork sold the split between the organization is 70% to the artist and 30% to organization. The artwork does not have to cater to the project/s being sponsored and the artists has full range to to display as many pieces as space provides.
Photographers- Photographers are welcomed to display their photography at any AFAINT sponsored benefit. The photographs do not have to reflect the sponsored theme or project of the event. If you wish to sell photographs the split is 70% to the artist and 30% to the organization.The photographer must provide their own display matierals, AFAINT will only supply a table for promotional and selling materials.

Performers (Singers/Musicians/Dancers/Rappers)- Performers of all types are welcome at any benefit to perform for advocacy purposes. Any audio art also must be presented to the Exec. Director which will display the art to the board for a decision on wether it is viable and apprpiate for display.
Yes, we need YOU! AFAINT is the perfect opportunity to get involved with an advocacy organization dedicated to art as well as humanitarian efforts. In order to volunteer just fill out the application telling us a little about yourself and follow the link to submit it. You will be able to meet and work with talented artists and get the experience you need to learn more about social dilemmas all over the world. Some of the volunteer oppurtunities we have are in the departments of research, working at the charity events, and promotion. Pictured to the left is Corey Hood and Julia Evans who volunteered at the AFAINT 2nd annual Art for Water event. They both worked in the marketing and promotion of the benefit and helped raised thousands of dollars for clean water projects in Kenya! ORGANIZATIONS
AFAINT is available for you or your organization to hire or have artists volunteer their services to help you further your cause. We are willing to work with any organization to further humanitarian efforts and has collaborated with groups such as Selah The Foundation, Teens With A Purpose, The AIDS Fund, Access AIDS Care, and Transitions (Against Domestic Violence). AFAINT has allowed organizations set up display tables as well as allowing them to speak and advocate for their cause.
